Shutoff payments are due during office hours. Once the operator leaves the office to shut off services the shut off fee is applied to the account. If your service is terminated a reconnection fee of $40.00 plus the FULL account balance on the account will need to be paid to restore service. Payment outside of office hours may cause delays in service being restored.
